Kate

Kate has been an animal lover for as long as she can remember. She started working with us in October 2016 and has loved every minute. She is currently in nursing school and knows that what she has learned from this job and her care for animals will translate into the care she will give to her human patients one day. Kate has 4 dogs and 2 cats. She is pictured here with her 3-year old Great Dane, Diesel.

Meg

Before working at VAC, Meg was a client here. She graduated from LSU in Digital Art and Printmaking with a minor in Marketing. While art remains a passion of hers, she has always wanted to work with animals. With some encouragement from Dr. Butler, she began working at the clinic. She is now in her last semester of Vet Tech school at BRCC, working towards becoming a registered vet nurse. She has 3 dogs, 1 cat, a leopard gecko and an axolotl! She is pictured here with her Westies Ram (15) and Rabbit (3).
